1. Eligibility & Enrollment
Membership is free and open to any individual aged 18 or older. Enrollment is completed upon creating an account on the Memphis Tours website and opting into the program.
2. Earning Vouchers
Vouchers are earned on qualifying bookings made directly with Memphis Tours and credited within 7 days after your trip is completed.
3. Redeeming Rewards
Rewards can be redeemed through the Rewards Catalog. Vouchers have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Voucher Expiration
Vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date they are credited to your account. You will be notified 30 days before expiration.

How long does it take to receive my vouchers?
Vouchers will be credited to your Encore Rewards account within 7 days after your trip with Memphis Tours is fully completed.
Can I use vouchers on any tour?
Yes, your vouchers can be redeemed for discounts on any future booking made directly with Memphis Tours, unless specified otherwise in a reward's terms.
What happens if I cancel a trip?
If a trip is cancelled, any vouchers earned for that specific booking will be voided and will not be credited to your account.
How do I check my voucher balance?
You can view your current voucher balance, tier status, and available rewards at any time by logging into your Member Dashboard.
